REFUND POLICY 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bayoumi products, if you feel that a product you purchased doesn't work for you, please let us know. We'd like to hear your feedback and see if we can help you find a different product to achieve your hair care/styling needs. 
If you do decide to return, please start your return by contacting us at mirjambayoumisalon@gmail.com

Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Bundles must be returned in full in order to be eligible. You’ll also need the receipt and order number. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks to process and credit your return. You may send it back by USPS or an optional shipping method of your choice at your own cost. There will be a $5 refund processing fee. We will credit your remaining return amount to your original payment method.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at mirjambayoumisalon@gmail.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right.

For orders below the shipping threshold, an $9.99 standard shipping flat rate will be applied to all orders. At this time we only ship within the United States.
